    Yeah, that's Feng'er, played by Zhou Ting (although the credits list her character as just one of the white-robed maidens). She has the largest role of the four, and pretty much 90% of the spoken dialogue which the girls have. There's even a cute little article on her.

    Ahhhhhhhh!! They really run out of time, dont they?? That is a big chunk of story that fans are already familiar. Surely, they wouldnt cut that if they werent forced to do it? Knowing that fans would notice.

    Sigh, we should have 53-54 at least. They had to cut too much scenes with 52 episodes. The pacing of epi 49 was nice. The part when GJ was watching the villagers being massacred was touching.


    @Ian, is that one of OYK's concubines? She is quite pretty!
    I can't remember this part. How did GJ manage to capture OYF twice?

    You can ask Shakespeare. Most of the pictures are posted by Shakespeare. Usually the OP will know where the stuff is.

    Feng'er is quite pretty.
    OT: For her next role, she can play Xixia Princess who marry Xuzhu. or Xixia Princess's maid who marry DY.

    Too bad that no 1-2 were cut, because those were fun and funny at the same time. Argh, I enjoyed them in other versions.

    They really rushed through these last three episodes. They cut Li Ping's message to Guo Jing, and the most meaningful part of it was missing. She would ask Guo Jing why she raised him up - was it to raise a traitor to their country? She was supposed to respond to the Mongol's argument that the Song dynasty was weak and corrupt, and that Guo Jing was raised by the Mongols who loved him as their own. She would then rather wisely draw a parallel to Yang Kang, who was in exactly the same situation with the Jins, and convinced Guo Jing that, no matter how weak the Song dynasty was, it was his country, and should he choose to become a Mongol he'd be no better than Yang Kang in principle.

    Yeah this series lucked out with great actors, great directors, and producers. Jin Yong is just the BEST when it comes to novel based TV shows. I really wish some day we will have another Chinese writer as great as Jin Yong that would be great!

    Always a series worth watching or looking forward to, when you have a writer like him.
