Wow, that was such a great chapter. So Tak Wah and Yuk Lin have another son? I wonder who he is. There was a lot of action in the last part of the chapter. Who was that man who took Tin Lok and Wsi Sun away? Please update more, I'm dying to know.

    Thumbs up

Darnit! I had to open my big mouth (or type it out hehehe) that I would give you a review on your story if you give me one. Especially when your cast is huge! Anyways, one good turn deserves another. Okay, my mui, your wish is my command ^_^.

    Characters:
Vincent - Remember I told you how happy I was to find him in your cast way back in the beginning? Well, I know I’ve stated this many times before, but – You cruelly murdered my second favorite guy in the story!!! He didn’t even go out with a bang, more like a whimper! Oh the horror. This is getting too painful
So needless to say, horrible move! Definitely need to bring him back into the plot . I know you will find a way, oh Miss Mel, great writer!

Gilbert – The hero. I find him to be a very endearing character. Especially since he is so romantic and sweet to Annie. I really like the scenes with them together. I can find no faults with him since he is portrayed as the goody-goody hero. However, I’m more attracted to the dangerous, cold, yet deep down have a good heart kinda guy. Of course, Gilbert’s character has good looks, intelligence, great martial arts, and a loving family, but that doesn’t really make him stick in my mind. I guess I’m more attracted to the bad guy turned good at the end like in Heroine of the Yangs. Hehehehe. Maybe you could try to spice things up by making him side with the evil force for a good cause? I don’t know. This is just my opinion, so you don’t have to listen to me. I’m sure your other readers love Gilbert!

Annie – I’m a big fan of Annie Man, so great decision in placing her in the cast . She’s cute, smart, and lovable. I really like her in this story and find it very humorous that she has no clue regarding Gilbert’s profound love for her. Based on their personalities in the story, they really match as a couple. She’s not evil, but she’s helping the wrong side. Hmmm, you haven’t delved deep enough into her background for me to comment much on her character. So many secrets, Mel! Need to reveal more info.

Louis – My favorite actor (next to Bae Yong Joon), but sadly he is not the hero of this story. I dun like it that he’s also in love with Annie (who I have a hunch will end up with Gilbert). Oddly, I like his character the most so far. Not good, but not exactly evil because he’s only following orders from his father and assumed Gilbert’s family is evil. Since there are so many characters, I don’t have a solid understanding of his personality yet, except that he can be extremely jealous. I find that very sweet though. Maybe you could complicate the plot by letting him find out that his father is evil and that he’s caught in between doing what is right and siding with his family? Just a thought.

Gigi – It would be very fitting if you could hook her up with Louis. She’s funny and lively and I especially like the fact that she often acts childish. Louis will certainly have a very entertaining life with her. He needs that extra silliness in his life.

Ekin – another favorite actor of mine. He’s sooooo cool in here. Even though he only came out in a couple of scenes, I really like his character. He seems to have a sense of humor and to top that off, great martial arts! Please don’t make him that calm, silent type that he’s been playing in almost all his series/movies.

Kristy – Ekin and Kristy would make a wonderful couple. Not much focused on her so far, so no comments. However, the blind part was a great idea. Make her depend on him for support, both physical and emotionally.

Benny – You do know that I don’t regard him too highly as an actor, right? His looks = average, his acting = average. I never liked Benny and no matter how great he is portrayed in a story, my mind is set. Yes, I am very biased. Don’t send hate mails, people! Anyways, you haven’t really focused on him and I can only hope that he will be a minor character. If he gets killed in the end, eh, even better.

Frankie – He is a very versatile actor, but I have an indifferent attitude toward the guy. Plus you haven’t really focused on him much.

Andy and Idy – one of my favorite onscreen couples. However, I find it difficult to believe that she can still look good after having so many children. Is it 4 or 5? Maybe one of the children is adopted? Anyways, please remember to focus more on them

Ada & Steven – Forget about Steven. Kill him off if you need to. I want Ada to be with Vincent. I don’t care if Vincent is a minor character.

I love the fact that there are so many hidden agendas in the plot. Sure keeps readers guessing. Oh, your descriptions of the fight scenes are so detailed that I can literally see all the intricate moves. Good job! Contrary to what you said, it’s not boring at all. You have a wonderful vocabulary and it sure is a treat to read your story. I know English is a second language for many writers, but I get distracted as well as annoyed when I have to read bad grammar and poorly scripted paragraphs. A good story needs to be well written in order to keep my attention, so even if there is an excellent plot, I still tend to lose interest quite quickly. That goes to show that your story is a good one. Just keep updating.

Are you happy now? I think my fingers are starting to cramp up! So will stop for now.

Yup, I love them too! I think they appeared as a couple at the beginning of The Dragon Sword. I am watching a bit of Grand Canal right now, and I just love them! I actually like them more than the main couple (Idy and Tony), just because Margie and Sean look so cute together. I may want to bring them back for another guest appearance, but I will have to think about how to work them into the plot again. Yup, the guy who rescued Gilbert and Louis is Felix. Right now, I bet everyone is wondering what happened to those three.

Okay, I'm posting my comments, so don't complain to me that I'm not posting enough. This is my proof. As always, wonderful work.

I would like to say that I'm a major fan of Tony and Margie. Love them in The Police Cadet II (1985) and The Yang's Saga. If you haven't watched these two series, you're missing out on something great. I never really liked Sean, no offense to any fans of his. I do think he's a talented actor though.

Oh yeah, please, pleassssssse, hook Ada with Vincent. I'm fine with this couple having minor roles as long as they are together.
