    i'm not a huge fan but he's alright. saw him in a film with Sammo Hung, they were cops and he l;oooked alright in there the film was quite funny.

    He is not bad. His acting is a lil stiff at times. I recently watch the movie Turn Left Turn Right with Gigi Leung... and i am not really impressed

    Anyway, it doesn't matter....He's one of my favourite actor ever since I watched "Lavender"!

    Too bad there haven't been much news about him since he went to Japan ! Oh...how I missed that gorgeous smile of his

    i prefer watching his japanese dramas/movies rather than his HK movies...

    Golden Bowl was nice .. if you seen Precious Time you love him here!! his 1st Japanese drama (i tink) which he acted with Kyoko Fukada in 1999 . Other high profile series is 'something 2000'
    he's gorgeous here too.

    In Precious Time , he played a pop star who fell in love with a schoolgirl fan who had a 1 nite stand for money to buy a ticket to see him .. a very touching/heart warming drama.
    He shines and is lip smacking good here !!
    none of h/k or taiwan film he acted came close to his STAR appeal here and his acting is great ... he is simply GORGEOUS here !!! long flowin locks with his signature shades ... hmmm good to eat ..

    i think Japanese public took notice of him from here.

    I was just surfing thru yesasia.com and they only have the above mentioned series in Japanese ..... is there other place where I can get them (preferably dubbed mandarin version)?

    Fallen Ange l ... don't know where you live .. but 'Golden Bowl' is repeating on starhub cable tv 56 .. i just watch 3rd episode on i think tuesday night (3 time showing over past 8 months and i still follow series as it's soooo funny)

    it's in dual sound (mandarin/japanese) with english subtitles ..

    also .. they use Paul Anka's songs .. Diana, Destiny ... can't remember other one. The song Diana suits the series well as it's about younger man falling in love with older woman and he fell for older married woman here ....

    I'm from downunder and we don't have cable at home....all the the tv drama series that I've watched are rented from my local
    chinese rental supplier but I'm willing to buy series that my supplier don't stock!

    Oh oh ... here in S'pore we do hv difficulty findin japanese dramas now cos of copyrights expensive but korean dramas flood market here ... hope you be able to get you hands on it as both series are great !!
