Excellent! Fastclock, you the man!

Man is glue. You are man. How then can you step away from glue?
Thank you Fastclock. I've got another story to read and enjoy.
Anyone wonder about the loose ends?
First, there's Shuang Shuang. She knows about the lost "Peacock Feather" too... at least if pressed she would tell people that it has been lost. The braver or stronger people would then try their luck with the Peacock Village. Since Qiu Feng-wu knows that he does not have the real Peacock Feather, he would not have full confidence in defeating the enemies. That will mean the downfall of the village just the same. After all, there are always stronger people out there.
Next, someone must have stolen or picked up the fake Peacock Feather. With enough figuring, that person might find out that it is supposed to be the Peacock Feather. It might then find its way to the Peacock Village's enemies, who would then become suspicious.
I wonder if the subsequent stories deal with this thread.

Shuang Shuang never comes up again in subsequent stories. The only recurring characters are the escort bureau leaders here and there, and of course, the Green Dragon clan in many forms.
While Shuang2 knows about the lost of Gao Li's Peacock Feather:
- She is not a martial arts person
- She never knows about its real/not thing, not like Gao Li after he'd been told by Qiu FengWu
- For all she knows, Peacock Village must have more than one Peacock Feather (Actually, this would be the basic assumption, wouldn't it?)
I think the person who stole the (fake) Feather from Gao Li just assumed that Qiu Feng-Wu tricked Gao Li by not giving him the real feather, and instead chose to keep the real feather for himself.
Poor Shuang Shuang, how can a blind person fend for herself.
I guess you're right. Its just that if its such an earth shattering secret, even the littlest leak can (and dare I say will) work its way around the grapevine... a bit like Murphy's Law... what can go wrong will go wrong...
Another thing: I suppose Qiu Feng-wu just left Gao Li's corpse in the chamber? ;-P since I suppose only the head is allowed in. Three hundred years later, when Indiana Jones comes to look for the legendary Peacock Feather, he'll find Gao Li's skeleton with the wine cup still in his hand ;-P
