You can watch the second ending. Well, it's not actually a second ending. It's simply an extra minute added onto the end.

Anyway, if you go to the official "To Catch the Uncatchable" website in tvb.com.hk, there's a link where you can view the part of the episode of Jade Showbiz where they showed the continued ending. It's a rather simple continuation, but it changes the whole mood of the ending.

the ending was sooo sad! i didn't expect it to happy cuz it was a comedy serie but than the ending was soo serious and sad. i cried soo much...oh ya..what's the male lead's name again? i wonder if any of u guys remember the comedy serie that he was in, it was mainly about lawyers and stuff??
