22 Aug – Mainland Chinese personalities athlete-turned-actor Gao Yun Xiang and actress Dong Xuan became the latest celebrity couple to tie the knot, according to Sohu as reported on May Daily.

They held a wedding in Beijing on Sunday, attended by dozens of film directors and actors.

While singing "Love You, Love You" together onstage, the newlyweds were so touched they both cried and had a long romantic kiss.

The 28-year-old bride said their wedding rings were specially designed.

"Mine has a big diamond. Yun Xiang's only has a small diamond but has some space around the fitting. If he is good, then every year there will be a diamond added to his ring," said Dong, drawing a big round of laughter from guests.

Their romance started in September 2009 when shooting a TV drama series.

After Yun Xiang proposed to Dong in May 2011, the two registered their marriage in Tianjin on 29 July.
