LOVED THIS!!!!
I only watched to the part Kitty died because I am a biased Kitty fan. Loved this. I really like her purple dress that she wore when she was commiting suicide. I also really liked the song then too!!! Does anyone know where i can get a vid of that when she was commiting suicide or the music to download? thanks

One of memorable & excellent TVB modern drama. Original storyline, convincing acting of all cast. If you want to watch high quality drama, BOGAE is the answer! Because this series is not illogical melodrama or cinderella story which dragging you a lot with sad & tear scenes.

My all time favorite TVB Drama. This serial is where I first fell in love with the pair Deric and Maggie.

I too disagree with hkopinions's review about their chemistry. Deric and Maggie wouldn't be the 'golden couple' during the early 90s for no reason. I'm sorry to say, I found his/her review to be very inaccurate.

I would pay attention to lotusgal's review instead! She gave a great review of this serial.

Back to this drama. Almost every aspect of this serial was superb.. script, story, acting, chemistry between the two leads, supporting cast, music, wardrobe.

No other TVB Drama or on-screen couple comes close.

One of TVB's best drama and different from the typical 'big family feud' themes popular these days.
Also one of Deric-Maggie's best - each at the peak of their career. This drama majorly boosted their popularity. I disagree that they don't have chemistry.
Best viewed in original language (cantonese) as the translation/subtitle doesn't deliver the same significance. I.e. in one scene when Deric was discussing his dilemma, Maggie said, "whatever your decision, a 'blind' girl will always be by your side" became "whatever your decision, I will always be by your side." The 'blind' has significance as she later became blind trying to protect him.
An oldie but still a goodie!
